Having been successfully self employed throughout my career, I have enjoyed overcoming many challenges. I am excited about putting my 23 years of negotiating experience to work for you by helping you achieve your next Real Estate goal or dream! I have found a formula that works in all enterprises and life events. This formula is really simple but it took over 400 books read, hundreds of audio programs, and many seminars to be able to summarize it as I do. While I'm a little more winded than to summarize all I've read and learned in a page, I can offer a few of my key fundamental values that have brought me through personal and professional challenges and always carried me through to greener fields:

A Commitment to Excellence- By constantly working to improve you can be confident that any lag points will be overcome in due time;

Be an Extra Miler- Some do just enough to get by and Some Go the Extra Mile, that magic sweet spot that puts them in the zone, getting the results that no one thought was possible;

Treat Others as I would like to be treated- There is no better way to navigate the often contentious waters of communication with a diverse world than to truly offer kindness, and fairness. Truth has a way to decire, or "cut off from" other avenues that cause problems down the road; a dose of truth is like a surgery at times; it can leave a mark but save your life!
